What is fulfillment?
Fulfillment can be described in many ways. Most often it’s the process of getting your goods or information into the right hands. At Calloway Network we define fulfillment as fulfilling YOUR needs, performing functions or tasks that you don’t have the time, desire or resources to do yourself.

Why should I outsource fulfillment?
There are many good reasons to outsource. Outsourcing increases your productivity by freeing your time to focus on your core business. You do not have to worry about how something is getting done or supervise the details - you simply delegate it! When you outsource to Calloway Network, you gain immediate access to capabilities that may not be available to you in-house – extra space for storage and production, extra hands to perform the tasks, specialized equipment and software and our highly trained and experienced staff. In turn, you have none of the overhead costs of developing or maintaining those competencies. You pay only for what you use when you use it.

What is a typical fulfillment program?
There really is no typical program – at Calloway Network each program is customized to meet client needs/specifications. However, our most commonly used services are:

How big is your warehouse?
Our warehouse facility is scalable to fit your needs. In addition to our current facilities we have relationships with warehouse management companies to accommodate continual growth. Tell us your need and we will handle it.

If I use your services will I have to spend a lot of time at your facility?
Only if you’d like – our clients are always welcome to visit us as often as they like – but frankly we have a few clients we’ve never met! Using email, phone and fax today makes communicating easy and frequent visits unnecessary.

How do you charge for your services?
Charges vary greatly depending on the type of service(s) for which you engage us. Some companies use us strictly for taking orders, yet others use our complete line of services. Because there are so many variables, we can give you a much more accurate picture of our costs after we’ve had a chance to visit with you and understand your needs. For most of our customers, our service fees are based on a per transaction structure.

Can you ship internationally?

How do you ship? Yes, we ship and mail internationally on a regular basis. We have relationships with most major shippers – with daily shipments via FedEx, UPS and the U.S. Postal Service.

What is E-commerce?
Electronic Commerce simply means a trade that happens electronically or over the internet. This includes the sale of products, exchange of information, transfer of funds and delivery of goods or any combination thereof.

What is an E-store?
An e-store is a way to present your products to your customer in a "store" type setting that they can access on the World Wide Web. In most cases it enables your customers to browse detailed production information and place orders. Those orders are then loaded into an order processing system for fulfillment.

Can you host E-stores or E-business solutions?
Yes, Calloway Network hosts a variety of web solutions for our customers or we can have one tailor-made to fit your business. Our e-stores offer 24/7 shopping cart type ordering, order and shipping confirmations, order tracking, customized reporting and so much more!

What types of reporting can you offer?
Beyond the traditional reports of inventory, transaction and receiving, Calloway Network has the ability to generate customized reporting based your needs.

What about returns?
Effective returns management provides for better customer satisfaction. At Calloway Network we can design and monitor a returns program just for you. We process returns as efficiently as we handle your daily processing

Do I need a merchant account?
A merchant account is necessary to process credit card payments online. Calloway Network prefers that the clients set up their own merchant account. However, our merchant account may be used with our web fulfillment software. Our fees include a percentage of the total billings and a per transaction fee.

What is the turnaround time for fulfillment orders?
Orders usually ship the same day if received prior to 2:00PM. In some circumstances same day shipments may not be available. In this case the order will ship within 1 - 2 business days. The most common delay is availability of the product.
